Stroke is the leading cause of death and disabilities; stroke occurs when oxygen isn’t conveyed to your brain cells resulting in the death of neurons within minutes. People who got treatment within 3 hours are less likely to have disabilities. Like numbness, memory, and muscle control.

FLU AND PNEUMONIA:

They are lower respiratory tract infections, which, if left untreated, can lead to respiratory failure and death. Pneumonia is the infection that causes inflammation in the lungs; flu can severely weaken your immune system, which can quickly turn influenza into much worse pneumonia.

CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE:

It is a long-term progressive lung disease that makes breathing difficult if you are a smoker or in touch with anything that is lung irritant; it can cost you your life. COPD can not be cured but can be to slow down by medications, although prevention is better than cure.

CANCER:

Everyone is aware of this deadly word CANCER; it involves abnormal growth of cells forming a lump called tumor. Cancerous tumors can spread quickly to other parts; its treatment is hard starting with medications, radiations, and chemotherapy; people often die with this disease.

TUBERCULOSIS:

Tb, which is caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis, generally effects the lungs but can affect the brain, glands, and spine too. The main symptoms of TB are cough and blood in the mucus. It is a contagious infection. Although it can be prevented, treated, and cured if taken care of at the right time.

DIABETES MELLITUS:

Diabetes is a significant cause for many disabilities like kidney failure, blindness, heart disease, which can be followed by cancer. Diabetes is a deficiency of insulin in the body, which results in high blood glucose levels. A healthy diet, workout, lose weight can help you prevent diabetes. No treatment can kill diabetes from scratch, but medications can control it.

HIV/AIDS:

Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is a chronic, potentially life-threatening condition caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).t is a sexually transmitted disease. Which damages your immune system, HIV interferes with your body’s ability to fight the organisms that cause disease. There’s no cure for HIV/AIDS, but there are medications that can dramatically slow the progression of the disease.

It is a disease that causes brain cells to be degenerate, leading to dementia; a person got dependent even for daily chores. No treatment cures Alzheimer’s disease or alters the disease process in the brain. In advanced stages of the disease, complications from severe loss of brain function such as dehydration, malnutrition, or infection result in death.

DIARRHEAL DISEASE:

It is a leading cause of death among children, and It causes death by depleting body fluids resulting in profound dehydration. Diarrhea is loose, watery stools three times a day, which led to the depletion of nutrition in the body.

God destines death, but we can do prevention to save ourselves and our loved ones from diseases that can lead us to death.
