What if today I tell you simple natural ingredients that can help you get rid of them. I know this is a situation of too good to be true. But, it works. You have to be patient as it is a little time-consuming. Here are some remedies for you.

Lemon Juice:

Lemon contains citrus and Vitamin C which helps to lighten the dark spots. It also makes you look radiant. Although it is very good for skin yet you should dilute it in water as it may be harsh for the skin. squeeze a lemon and add an equal amount of water in it. apply it on the affected area. Leave it for 20 minutes and then wash off with water. Use it on alternate days.

Vitamin E oil:

Most dermatologists advise you to use vitamin E capsules for discoloration. It contains antioxidants which prevent discoloration. Take a bottle of vitamin E oil. Daily apply the oil on dark spots and massage it. do this every night before going to sleep. Do a patch test before applying as it may be allergic.

Potato:

Potato exfoliates your skin as it contains many minerals. It is also known for skin lightening. It has many skin care benefits. first, slice the potatoes and make them a little bit wet and place it on the areas having dark spots. This will reduce the marks. Leave it for 10 minutes.

Buttermilk:

Buttermilk is a sour liquid which is left after the butter is skimmed. It contains hydroxyl acids which remove dead skin cells. It helps to lighten the skin. pour a little milk on the dark spots. Leave it for 10 to 20 minutes. Apply it daily for better results.

It is used for anti-aging look and glowing skin. cut the leaf with a knife at first. then scoop out the gel and apply directly on your skin. let it stay for 20 minutes and then wash your face. Sweet almond oil:

Almond oil is used for reducing dark spots. It protects your skin from the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun. it absorbs very quickly so it is not heavy for the skin.  it heals sensitive skin. every night before going to sleep, massage the oil on your face as a lotion. Apply more on dark spots.

Oatmeal, honey, and milk:

It is a perfect mask as it exfoliates your skin. you need 3 tbs of ground up oatmeal, 1 tbs of both honey and milk. Mix all the ingredients and apply it on your face. Let it get dried. Wash off with water completely. Use it thrice a week.
