It shows that caffeine reduces the formation of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, along with the accumulation of triglycerides in the liver.

If we explain it, in simpler terms, the consumption of caffeine leads to a negative effect over the high sucrose or high-fat diet over the body composition. It occurs due to the modulation of specific lysogenic enzymes present within the adipose tissues or liver.
