Our homes are an integral part of who we are; they’re our reflection. If you are striving for change, the first thing to do is to sort out your home. If you make your home clean and tidy, you’ll find that your thoughts achieve some order, and everything in your life will start to turn around.

But this is no easy task. To help you, here is a list of things you can without question throw away, give away or simply hand out to anyone who will take them. Do this as soon as you can. We decided we’re going to start this weekend.
